My wife and I stayed here for a few nights while in Palermo. We weren't disappointed as though the room was small, it was nicely air conditioned and the front desk staff quite friendly and helpful. Location were close to wherever we needed to be. It is a short walk to Teatro Massimo and there is a Hop On Hop...

The rooms were clean, comfortable and adequate. Tour groups stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to the "the historical section" of Palermo. Many shops and restaurants are close by.

The hotel is not so bad but probably it's time to renew rooms and infrastructures and improve the breakfast. In my opinion it's not a 4stars... maybe an average 3s. Avoid single rooms, you have the tubes of waters just behind the wall and cannot sleep when others have a shower. I don't think I'll come back.

We stayed at this Hotel by way of the Tour Operator, "Tour of Sicily". The rooms were very comfortable. The shower/bath tub was very good. We went in September and the AC was excellent. The location was very convenient to shops & restaurants. The staff was always helpful.

Driving into Palermo can be quite a challenge. We were told to park in front and someone would help with our luggage and take care of the car....speaks volumes! The accommodations were lovely and the location is perfect. Wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby as well as a Hammam (which is seasonal). I also felt very safe walking at night and...

Great location - walking distance to old town and central shopping areas, very helpful staff. Room was a bit on the small size, but it is hotel in a city. No hot dishes for breakfast, but on request they cook you great omelet etc.

What cam I say it's! From the moment we arrived we felt at home the gentlemen on reception was polite and helpful as well as professional and efficient. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the room was large, with a nice sized modern bathroom. The free WiFi worked well. Breakfast does not feature a full "hot" choice, but the pastries, breads, juices, coffee, etc. were certainly good - so this is not a complaint. The staff was very helpful in finding a church for Saturday evening mass,...

We arrived after midnight. Upon inquiry about restaurants, the desk clerk offered to order us a pizza and that was great. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was well located.
