Quiet hotel located a quiet location, a 10-minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable room, the room cleaning is done every day. The only drawback in the room was not very well-functioning sewage system (our room was 206). The breakfast was in some sense boring, because basically includes sweet dishes like pastries and white bread only . Coffee included...

Many years ago in 1993 I've stood in this hotel for more than two weeks for business purposes. I've already written review about that. It was my first experience of Italy, Sicily and Palermo. I've been in love in this place and my dream was to share this experience with my wife. Finely I did it in September 2015. I...

Room was very clean and had wonderful working air conditioning. Included breakfast was wonderful ... make sure you try the pistachio jam !

Villa Esperia is an amazing place to stay in my opinion. It does not happen frequently to have the opportunity to stay in a Liberty style Palace so well preserved. Our room was big and comfortable (2 adults, 2 kids). The bathroom renovated, very nice. The view from our windows on Mount Pellegrino was beautiful. We could also see the...

Well preserved and appointed villa turned hotel. Large rooms, high ceiling and appropriate décor. Staff friendly and helpful. 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and other activities. Parking is on the street and there is ample space. Rooms in front over road can be a bit noisy. Breakfast is the usual fare by plentiful. Restaurant opens at 8...

What's good - location is great for Palermo (15 mins on the bus, bus stop immediately outside the hotel) and for the beach in Mondello. We liked the style of the rooms a bit old fashioned, but with character and they were clean and comfortable enough. The restaurant/pizzeria attached to the rear of the hotel is lovely with great food....

It was my first visit at Villa Esperia, so close to Palermo city and easy to get access to with the local bus. The rooms are beautiful full of Character. It is only 5 minutes of walk from the most beautiful beach of Italy Mondello and the bars. They have music everynight and the atmosphere is fantastic. Working for an...

Very nice small hotel located very close to the beach in Mondello. Just 5/10 minutes away. We have got a nice big room with a stunning views to the mountains. Room was large and decorated in old fashioned way to match the character of the property- stylish italian villa. There is an a/c, small fridge, working tv and no problem...

Lovely hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to a superb beach. Easy to find although on a main road so a bit noisy. Excellent restaurant on site. Rooms big and clean with a proper bathroom and AC. We had a family room for 4 of us. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definately recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for one night before moving on and found the hotel to be great. Located 5minutes from the beach and although on a main road very quiet - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room itself was a lovely size with great AC. Couple of small moans in that I had thought...
