rudest reception waiters and general staff I have ever come across in a hotel, and the vomit stain on the carpet was still there on the second day outside our room, totally ruined our last night in palermo

This is a comfortable but rather anonymous hotel; its location is closer to the waterfront rather than the city centre and the district immediately behind it is distinctly edgy after dark. However, it has the benefit of quite extensive grounds with a garden and a delightful pool with bar. The breakfast buffet is generous but more than just two coffee...

The hotel offers good value and is a great base. The public areas, especially the pool and garden are really good but the rooms could do with a bit of attention and updating. That said, they were comfortable and spacious with plenty of storage. It's not in the most touristy part of town but there are a few bars and...

The hotel was fine but I have never met such miserable and unhelpful reception staff. The only member of staff who was helpful and always pleasant was Rosario the waiter at breakfast, he could teach the desk staff how to be polite. Breakfast was really good. The pool was a good size but could do with a clean, not keen...

Great location, easy to reach from central station, walking distance to the port and city center, really nice pool area and yummy breakfast buffet. We had a lovely stay and of course Palermo is a stunning and exciting city!

Very nice swimming pool area and good selection at breakfast. We had a room with sea view but unfortunately it was very noisy even during the night as there is a main road between the hotel and sea. I was disappointed when I realized the cleaning lady had thrown away my own soap (which is a kind of special one...

It all depends what you want in a hotel and this one is anonymous but quite acceptable. Catering for tourist groups and people looking for a base to explore Palermo, it does the job. In a good location, a lot of the sights are well within walking distance yet you can also find the more interesting, slightly edgy parts of...

We spent one week in NH Palermo. The hotel has great location close to Centro Storico and not too far from the train station. The room was modern, nice and clean, but facing the sea meant heavy noice from the traffic. The balconies are really small. Lovely pool for hot days. We weren't too keen with the breakfast as it...
