It was Easter so usual places were booked out. Though location is not bad if you are planning on walking around old Palermo, and it is near the ocean; the noise of the two highways means lying by the pool and opening your window becomes unbearable. The room service is terrible ... we thought their basic pasta would at least...

this is a nice hotel, perfectly located at the sea side. Not far from the downtown. Parking is a little bit tricky, because some suspicious guys ask you about “keeping an eye” on your car. Food is good.

I booked this hotel for a surprise weekend away for my husbands 50th birthday. I was slightly sceptical because of the mixed reviews but I thought I'd give it a chance as it was such a great price. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, I knew I'd made the right decision. The staff were fantastic, right from check...

We stayed at the NH Palermo for our first night in Sicily after a long flight from California. Our room was smallish but modern and adequate. We had upgraded to a balcony room and it was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful sunny morning overlooking the harbor entrance. The hotel has a lovely garden patio and pool area, which...

The hotel has nice grounds, pool, and breakfast however the rooms are tired and housekeeping was disappointing. Other public areas need updating. The staff service was fair and our air conditioner worked poorly. I was disappointed by this hotel and think there are better kept hotels in nicer locations.

Booked this hotel last minute and was not disapointed. Great breakfast, functioning wifi. Rooms are impressive and the AC really does the trick. Pool area was really nice with the only downside being them closing it so early every day. Roomservice was plentiful as was the hotel bar. Close to restaurants and to the central station. All in all a...

Of the seven hotels we stayed in during out Italian holiday the NH Palermo was one of the two most exceptional for both quality and service. Great location, Helpful staff, Amazing room, Great food for dinner and breakfast (with the exception of the scrambled eggs (?) and bacon (?) for breakfast which were just terrible, fortunately made up for by...

The hotel is an old hotel with very tired infrastructure and rooms not very clean, breakfast is a very unorganised and many items not replaced in a timely fashion. The reception staff are friendly and speak good English and probably the only positive of this hotel.

Ho hum hotel. Near the water for an evening stroll. Rooms smallish but clean. Nothing particularly memorable about the hotel itself. Excellent, very popular and busy Gelato shop. Palermo is a dirty, big city.

It was more like 3+ hotel, although the pool was very good, and the breakfast was very-very good, the room was not very tidy, the floors were never clenaed so we had ants in our room, 'cause if there was some something on the floor it was never vacuumed. The place is very picturesque, the room had a great view...
