Staff here are not very customer focused. After a long day sightseeing we were sound asleep when the telephone rang. An irate night night supervisor told us that we had washing hanging from the window and to please remove it. We had hung up in...More
Very nice 4 star location in the heart of the of the city center, close by the sea side, main market place and other usefull stuff, very retro deco in restaurant, hopefully they keep this to remember us how it use to be.

as far as I recall this hotel is inside ZTL so private cars without special permits can not enter the area. If you are renting a car then contact the hotel and they will advise re parking options and permits to enter the area. We parked the rental car outside of ZTL on the street (for free) and then took a taxi to the hotel, we had car for just 2 days in Palermo to do some day trips. The taxi fare was not much more than parking inside ZTL and paying for the permit (daily?) plus for parking itself.
