Simply lovely hotel... But nobody is as kind as the Sicilians. I spent 3 summers in the Aeolian Islands, in Sicily. And one summer in Trapani- Which in many ways is, the most beautiful Place in the world. See the city of Palermo. You will not be disappointed. Great pastries.

The location is excellent for walking around Palermo. Very quiet, great room and bathroom with a tub. The hotel caters for groups, so breakfast was a bit hectic. Free wifi. Parking comes with a price tag (18 euros). Would go back due to the location, but the hotel is a bit expensive.

This Hotel has seen a number of transformations over time to finally become a lovely hotel. The atrium in the middle of the hotel has a retractable roof. Our room was large clean, comfortable and quiet. No tea of coffee making facility available which is unusual for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was quite good and the evening meal...

We booked one night here to round off our holiday with a bit of a treat and were glad we did. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast buffet is probably the best breakfast I've ever seen. I took a star off because of a couple of small things in the room - no water glasses provided, and no shower...

Added a day to a Sicily tour in order to combat jet lag. Chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor comments plus the incredibly reasonable price. It's on a quiet street and you can walk to most of the sites in Palermo. It has a large atrium in the center with a retractable roof. When they open it in the...

We only had two days in Palermo so I wanted to be in the Khalsa district near historic villas, the inquisition museum, and the lovely religious art museum. The added bonus was landing the best suite in the hotel, with a private terrace overlooking tiled roofs. The only drawback was the saggy fold out sofa bed. We chose to use...

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa was great! The building is historic and beautiful and it is centrally located near the train station and all the tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, well appointed, comfy and clean. The staff were all amazing, friendly, professional, courteous and helpful.

The hotel is well situated, walking distance from the central station and walking distance from some of Palermo main touristic attractions. Many nearby places to eat and drink. The room as very comfortable and spacious. Staff was nice. Breakfast could be improved. I had many problems with the free WIFI.

Great location, large rooms, good breakfast. Our room #414 had a beautiful view of a church and small piazza. We stayed for 3 nights and had some internet the first day, very little the second and none the third.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Fresh fruit was put in the room everyday. The room service was almost faster than the speed of light and the room service prices were the most reasonable I have ever seen in any hotel. All the employees tried very hard to please. The hotel is well located the fitness room is...
