We stayed in Palermo for 7 days and think we were incredibly fortunate in getting such a fabulously located and well managed hotel. The huge room we received was absolutely fantastic, looking right out onto via vittorio (those of you who are extremely light sleepers may not have appreciated the city noises that poked through every now and again....we loved...

The hotel is right in the centre of Palermo, so very handy for sight seeing. It has been tastefully modernised so as not to detract from the charm of the old building. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The spa was small but nicely appointed. A lovely hotel in a vibrant city!

The hotel is just close to the "Quattro Canti" cross in the Palermo downtown, all major sites are within walking distance. This hotel has rooms spread in several old buildings around an internal private court, an openair place dedicated to the breakfast. We arrived by car very late in the night and we received a full service. The executive rooms...

We stayed in the family suite for one night. It was spacious and had a equipped kitchen. It is on the courtyard side of the building so quiet. It would have been better is the twin beds for our kids were upstairs rather then downstairs. Also our bed was unacceptably hard. Not comfortable at all. However, staff were very friendly...

Good things: We stayed in the family room, it was very big, nice bathroom. The room was clean. Spa use was a bonus because the water was very warm, basic use was included in the price of the room. Good location for sightseeing and interesting building. Nice breakfast, especially pastries. Not such good things: Staff were not very friendly, rather...

I just returned from a week adventure in Siciliy with family. I stayed in the apartment unit at this hotel for 3 nights with 5 people. The hotel is overrated. The room is spacious and beds comfortable and reasonably clean. However on our first night, a Friday, there was a party downstairs and the noise and music kept us up...

This hotel is situated in the best position of the city center to explore Palermo. Very friendly staff helps you for several needs, especially the service at breakfast is excellent, altough the offers of food is a bit modest for four stars. All in all a good place to stay for some days in town.

Good points: The magnificent palm tree in the yard. The strategic position in order to move into the old town. The charm of a '500 building. The breakfast room / restaurant. Bad points: Reception staff wasn't very warm and sometimes on the verge of rudeness. Our room found open on the day of check-out, probably inspected for housekeeping despite having...
