Location is OK for restaurants etc in the evening but not very central for most of the things you'll want to see although it was fine for us - our longest walk was to the catacombs via the Quattro Canti and took about 40 minutes - there are shorter routes. Hotel was clean and bathroom / shower was fine. Our...

A nice enough hotel perfectly located in the centre of the city. It's right next to the opera house so you can't be better located! The room was nice and had what we needed. We were on the ground floor so nothing much to see. Higher floors and more expensive rooms may have better views. Secure car parking (at cost)...

A centrally located hotel with really helpful staff and a very decent breakfast. Ask for a back room or a room on a higher floor. Otherwise, traffic noise, including Italian motorbikes, may keep you awake. As a character property, there is no double glazing in this hotel. Otherwise, this hotel is definitely to be recommended.

This hotel is ideally positioned, in the Politeama area, for visiting Palermo. The airport bus stops close by and the hop-on hop-off tourist bus stops right outside. We could walk to all main attractions , restaurants and shopping areas. The room was modern décor, clean and comfortable and there was a good choice at breakfast , both savoury and sweet....

We stayed one night in this hotel as part of a tour of Sicily. It is nicely located opposite the Opera House. Our room was lovely, with a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. However, our room was at ground floor level right on the main road and was incredibly noisy until late into the night, which meant we got...

Dear Fisiboo, thank you for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor, we are very happy that the hotel's location as well as your room and breakfast were to your liking. We are sorry that during the night you warned of the noise from the street but unfortunately at the weekend there may be more confusing than usual in the city center...

Modern decor, good-sized room, very clean. The staff were outstanding - very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble including fresh milk each day for tea making in the room. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. An evening meal was available for 15 Euros which included 3 courses, water and wine. The food was typically Sicilian, simple and fresh....

This hotel is perfectly placed, right in the centre of town. Elegant building, rooms big size. Try not to get a room on upper ground floor as you may end up looking out into the car park. Breakfast was incredibly basic. The thing that surprised me the most (and this is not me being a lazy English person) was that...

Clean. Spacious room. Very willing to change our room to get double bed. Offers car parking for a small fee. Rich breakfast an good dinner options. Small business room and also smoking / study area. You can find a lot of useful amenities such as shops, cafes, bus stops and access to a lot of "to do" things of Palermo.

Most significantly are the two staircases in ramp style that are the only entrances to the hotel. Bad enough to get suitcases up and down; no way for anyone with even a small disability. We were in two rooms so I am comfortable in saying that the housekeepers do their job really well. No decor to the rooms and metal...
