The room seemed to be a bit small but enough for 2 persons. Bathroom had a built in hair dryer but does not have hand soap or shampoo and conditioner. However, small and medium size towels were provided. There were extra pillow and blanket and small safe in the wardrobe. Tiny TV and air conditioner were also equipped. Staff are...

Easy walking to all the great sights in Palermo, clean and comfortable, and what a great staff! They couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me a map and showed me where everything I wanted to see was located, made train and bus arrangements, and even directed me to the best place for gelato in town! I highly recommend this...

Central, courteous staff, lovely rooms! As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel is in a really excellent spot for visiting the historic city centre. We were also fortunate enough to have a beautiful view over Palermo´s rooftops from the window in our room. The room itself was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the decor- particularly that in the downstairs...

This hotel is located steps from the Quattro Canti, prime location and walking distance to all the sites. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially one gentleman with blue eyes and curly hair (didn't get his name). If you're not going to stay here, definitely stay somewhere north of Via Vittoria Emanuele because I found the south side a bit...

We were surprised by relation price-quality: excellent!! Plenty of space in our room, good beds, very clean. The hotel is modern behind an old façade. Very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful staff. And last but not least: breakfast is super.

The hotel is very good placed in the old town. Everything is near. But be careful if you travel with car.on the web site I got the hotel, is was announced "with parking". But they do not have there own parking. They have a arrangement with a private garage which cost 15 euros per day. Wè also had problems with...

Dear Guest Thanks for your review, although in reality does not match a lot with what you asked for in hotels, namely that, from the room, you felt the noise of an air conditioner, not because it did not work, in fact it works perfettamente.Per give you peace of mind and vision there we spotato dispnibile in the only room...

This was a lovely hotel.....in a central location....yes it was down a back street, but it was in central Palermo so to be expected......the rooms were clean, and had all facilities advertised....breakfast was a buffet style with a variety of foods both local and international so no complaints there and as much coffee as you can drink. Everything worked as...

We stayed at Hotel Columbia for 1 night after arriving late into Palermo. Due to a delayed flight we made it to the hotel around midnight. The receptionist was very friendly and carried one of our cases up to our room on the 3rd floor as there's no lift. Our room was comfortable enough with air conditioning and an en...
