The hotel is excellent, great location, friendly staff, very very clean. Good breakfast, a typical Italian. The only downside is the weak wi fi in the rooms, but when you're on vacation you do not need :) Special thanks to the room that was not in a noisy area. We recommend this hotel!

Hi, Why? When I booked this hotel I was debating as was close to the buss/train station (and usually the hotels around this location are not much encourage). Arrived, crossed the main via Roma, behind the Rinascente store was the Hotel Italia. A lovely hotel with so many restaurants, shops around, via Roma a beautiful long street facing the sea/port....

Excelent location, breakfast and helpful personal. Personal helped us to organize trips included calls and translation. Dont hesitate to ask them, they'll help you. Main bus station(airport, beaches, all directions)only 200m. Rooms on 1st floor are old and dark. Great deal for cheap oversleep.

The hotel and room (#310) were nice and the hotel's location is excellent. However, some of the (male) front desk staff are a bit clueless and perhaps even a bit below average intelligence(?). I needed to exchange money and their lack of initiative and ability to give even basic advice on how was a bit frustrating, not to say surprising...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights on our visit to Cagliari. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good (best croissants I have ever had!), the bar was a nice area to start off your evening in (I don't know why they rarely seemed to have customers). Room was very clean, decor was a bit aged to...

Great central location. 10 mins from airport on bus into town centre then 3 min walk to hotel. The room was ready for us to check in at 11am. Air conditioning working with no problems. Room newly re-furbished - very comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff. Safety deposit box provided at reception at no extra charge. Good breakfast with great...

Stayed here last year on our way home. The location is great for exploring Cagliari but also for reaching the airport easily (by cab). Has been updated since our last visit, but the air conditioning didn't work in the two rooms we had and with the windows open it was a bit noisy during the night. However it is good...

Great location in Cagliari, central to everything. Nice room, but the air con didn't work.newly renovated room. The room was not soundproofed against the hallway. Good breakfast for Italy. It was clear that parts of the hotel had been renovated, but more is to be done.

75 euros for a double rooms. Rooms have been newly renovated apparently 5 months ago. Beautiful wooden floors, rain shower head. The only downside is that the internet strength is not so strong and the airconditioning didn't work. It wasn't hot in June so it wasn't too bad. But I hope they fix the air conditioning problem before summer comes....

Didn't prebook a hotel on recent visit, so chose one closest to where we parked on Via Roma. The Italia. A great location, and on a side street so no traffic noise, but parking OK on or near Via Roma - you have to feed a meter but can do that as often as you have to (there don't seem...

“Some single rooms on the fourth floor have a balcony (for example 407), which offers a feeling of greater spaciousness, others don't (409). On my returning trip, I was hoping for at least having a balcony again. It didn't happen, even though the reservations for all thee nights were months ahead of time. ”
