The hotel stuff at the reception (others as well) is great. We made a mistake when booking our room. They did (actually he: one middle age gentlemen at the reception) everything to change our room with a better one (in high season), the one we actually wanted to have when we booked. The new room (ground floor) with sea view...

We booked this Hotel as an end to our amazing 3 week tour of Italy. We didn't want to stay in Cagliari as no beach and decided against Poetto as had been described as where youngsters flock over the summer, so thought we'd stay in between. This Hotel isn't easy to get to via public transport. I contacted the Hotel...

Hotel Calamosca was graded three star - one of the reasons why we booked it for a two week stay in July 2016. Our first impression was that the hotel room offered on the third floor had a much lower standard than expected, but the view was great. We had to change room the other day due to terrible noise...

To see the beauty of this hotel all you have to do is look at the photos that have been posted on Tripadvisor! The little things that are tired about some of the rooms are easily overlooked when discovering the rest of this special place! (The air conditioning is great!) We have stayed here as a family as well as...

Yes, the Calamosca has clearly seen better days but our room was clean, adequate in every way and had a balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel has a small private beach - shallow for a way but deep water is accessible. We snorkelled near rocks and saw fish. There is a restaurant that seemed to be popular. Hotel has parking...

This hotel has a lot of potential, it is tucked away in a quiet bay with spectacular views. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh but it is clean and simple. I had a room on the ground floor which, did have a brand new bathroom but the rest was very old. Breakfast was very limited but the...

The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location. Few hotels can boast of a private bay and outdoor terrace bar to enjoy it. However, this hotel is very tired and dated and is in need of serious renovation. Our room, and the hotel itself, was clean, but the whole premises seemed as if it had been closed down and abandoned...

We thought it would be nice for a couple of nights to be away from the rush and noise of Cagliari, and be able to take a swim before breakfast. On the basis of TA and the Rough Guide we booked in here. The hotel is on a pretty bay about 20 minutes from downtown, views of the sea and...

Very good hotel, a little bit old with a beautiful view. Very good breakfast => ask for fresh croissants or bread, it is not on the buffet but they have it, just ask for it. There is also a beach bar with a beautiful view, walk trough the garden and it is on top of the hill.

The hotel is not in the middle of town which is actually quite nice to get away and see another part of town. Poetto beach was easy to navigate to and was also within running distance. However, at the actual hotel, the accomodation was very basic and certainly had not been updated in years (at least on the top level)....
