We stayed only 1 night thankfully. Our room was good. Nothing to complain about. The rest of the hotel looks old and tired. Tatty flags flying on poles, light bulbs on their main hotel sign not replaced, the list goes on. The area the hotel stands and the town had a very unsafe and uncomfortable feel about it. This is...

Stayed only for one night, lucky! Very old rooms not fresh Breakfast was the most simple I have seen in Italy Old bread no butter no coldcuts at all. Even coffee was bad. Only good thing was that there was plenty of parking.

4* hotel .... but not to UK 4* expectations. We asked for a room with: a nice view - got the restaurant sign right outside our window; quiet room - we were above the entrance to a party area that went on till midnight. Parts of the hotel were very nice, some bits needed a little more thought - ducting...

This is a hotel lost in the past. Although the receptionist was cheerful and helpful, and there was parking, the whole place looks aged and past its best. Good points were that the bed was large and good and air con worked well. Good location. But breakfast staff were useless and there is no view or outlook from the lower...

We spent a week here and loved it. The staff was great, the room was great, and the location was amazing! We walked from here all over Florence, we at at nearby restaurants, and we relaxed on the patio. To us, this is what a trip is all about. We were close enough to the attractions, but in an area...

This hotel was quite good. Just outside the Walls of the old city and very handy to everything. You could walk to most attractions. Restaurant was good as was the breakfast. Nice gesture to have fresh fruit waiting for you on arrival. Unfortunately we were woken up around 4am by some very noisy, drunken Germans, singing and falling over in...
