I only had one night in Verona for business however it left me wanting to come back for a longer stay. The hotel's location could not have been better being only 50m from the arena. Very friendly and helpful staff and breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended

Thank you for the review! You're one of our trustier customers if you've come here four times :) We're very happy you found our hotel welcoming and you liked the location at fist, the Wi-Fi connection and the staff too. We really hope to see you the fifth time in the future... All the best :) Camilla and all the...

If cleanliness is a priority when choosing where you will stay when you are away from home this hotel does not disappoint. When it comes to cleanliness my wife and I found this hotel immaculate. Furthermore it is ideally located to all of the major tourist attractions being steps away from Piazza Bra and the impressive Roman Amphitheater Verona Arena....

Thank you for the review! I got that your judgment is all in all positive about our hotel and your stay here. We're happy you've appreciated the comfortable position, room's cleanliness and staff's kindness. I'd only like to explain you something about your two caveats. We usually ask at the check-in to leave the passports at the front-desk for 5-10...

Was greeted by Camilla on arriving, she was luvly. I was given a room just above the entrance hall (superior room i believe) a little small but everything clean and modern. Breakfast seemed nice but i only had fruit so can't really comment too much on this, also i never used the bar at the hotel. My room had a...

Thank you for the review Emma! We are all happy that you liked the room, apparently the breakfast time (believe me...next time jus try everything cause it's really great!) and the position too. About the noises in the morning, I don't know exactly what kind of noise it is/it was. I'm only sure that we don't have deliveries at 6...

The location is perfect, 1 min walk from the historical part and shops. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast and coffee is really good. But the best of all is the staff. The people are ready to help you with anything: parking, tours, directions, booking the table in a restaurant. You address to the front desk and they...

Thank you so much for the given compliments! You appreciated the main aspects of our hotel: the position, so close to the main city's square; the breakfast in the morning but mostly the staff's politeness, that is not to be taken for granted :) We would be so glad to welcome you again! We drove to Verona from Milan. Directions were good and the signs we found when close to the hotel with the hotel name were much appreciated. Staff immediately came out to help with the car, which they parked after luggage was unloaded. Power was out in the area around the hotel when we arrived, so the staff carried our bags...

Thank you very much for the beautiful review! We're very happy you enjoyed your stay here with us. I'm sorry for the fact that you arrived here with no power but maybe you understood it wasn't our choice...you can "take" it as a new experience :) It's a satisfaction you've appreciated the room with balcony, the breakfast time and the...

We spent two nights here. After unloading our bags, the hotel gave us a parking permit and suggestions as to where we might find a legal spot, as the hotel charged 24 euros per night for their garage (or 29 if one booked in advance), which we thought was very high. We waited at the second suggested area for about...

Thank you for the review! Just to explain you about the garage's price, 24 euro per day is not so much considering that you have an accessible private parking that is just under the hotel with a staff guy ready to park for you. If you try to check other private parkings (the closest ones are anyway out of the...

We stayed 2 nights at Giullieta e Romeo while visiting Verona. The hotel is nice and well located, only a 2 minutes walk from the area and piazza Bra. All major attractions are walking distance from the hotel. Our room was nice and spacious enough. Staff was very nice and helpful and suggested good restaurants and attractions to see. Breakfast...

The location of this hotel is fabulous, just 40 metres from the Arena, fabulous shops, and the square. The room we were given was quite small so the staff moved us the next day to a bigger one - we had heavy luggage after too much shopping in Italy! The reception staff were extremely helpful, recommending restaurants we would otherwise...

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and very good breakfast. Great location, within walking distance of all of the main attractions and on a quite road. One of the best hotels we have stayed at and can not fault it.
