It's a flat not a hotel, but you don't know that before arriving. The room is nice. The park is 25 euros which is huge compare to other parking in town and you have to move your car before 11,which means that you have to pay another place if you want to visit before leaving. There is no bin, the...

Ok, the bad: The residence is part of the Gentleman of Verona hotel group but is about 700Meters away from the hotel in a separate building. You will need to call ahead to let them know what time they are arriving, so they can give you the keys to the gates and the doors. The Good: Hands down the most...

We stayed at this facility for two nights. We arrived at 17h00 in the afternoon. We were literally on the street at that stage as we were standing in front of a huge door with no one answering the intercom. A very nice couple opened the door for us but when we areived to the physical door to the facility,...

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. Please be aware that this is not a hotel as it consists of a series of apartments near the Arena. The location is superb as it is only 300 metres from Piazza Bra and on the face of it the apartment we were given was lovely. Unfortunately the positive news ends there...

First the pluses...these apartments are very central and well located. The decor is quite nice. On the other hand, for the price, we did not get the bed arrangement we asked for (twin beds) and they wouldn't change it that day, which was awkward as I am travelling with a friend. They slugged us for 25€ per day for parking,...

Our stay was very disappointing. Pros: the bed is comfortable. The interior is nicely decorated. The location is ok, and you're in walking distance from most everything. There is wi-fi which works most of the time. There is a phone in the room. Cons: the place is not clean and not well maintained at all. There was hair on the...

Charming, close to the sites (but not too close) very comfortable and reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. It's small and quiet. We informed the hotel of our arrival time...it isn't manned all the time, and had no problems checking in. Wifi was great. Only thing missing was milk for coffee (there is a...

We stayed here in July 2014 for two nights. The apartment was impeccable, clean, well presented, updated and very comfortable. We had air con and new bathroom and kitchen. We picked this place because it was so close to the Verona Arena (we went to the Opera one of the night we were there). When we arrived we had to...

We stayed only 2 nights at Giuseppe Verdi during the Marmomacc Marble show at the Verona Fair. It is not a hotel, so you need to organize your arrival, but after a couple calls and a few minutes someone arrived to take our luggage and offered to check us in after about an hour or so. We went and had...

“Our 'room' was effectively a suite so consider this compared to other venues advertised as suites. If you like milk with coffee in your room either ask for some or pop down the road 50m to a local shop.”
