We were greeted by the owner who helped us with our luggage, this is a pure hidden gem! Our room was spectacular impeccably clean and the decor in true Italian style very modern not at all 1960's or 1970's style some people have no idea about style or class! Ideal location very near the Arena aka Ampitheatre, we saw Andre...

We stayed at the apartment looked after by the above people and were thoroughly disappointed. It was a dated 1970's apartment which was dark and poorly furnished in all aspects down to the worn bed linen. The bedroom was an annexe off the kitchen and had no windows the only light was from 2 smallish windows from the kitchen, so...

An appartment that was a little on the small side, but it was quiet, comfortable and cool in a very warm Verona without having to use the airconditioning. Bathroom again a bit on the small side but adequate. The free Wifi a bit patchy in the room. Breakfast which was very basic was included. Overall though it was just what...

This is an ideal place to stay in Verona. It is very close to the Arena and hence the opera, but very quiet. The room was a good size with plenty of room to unpack and a very good shower. Breakfast was in the very pleasant entrance room and gave us a chance to meet the other guests. We were...

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. Our room was large, bright and very comfortable. Furnishings are traditional but in very good taste. High ceilings, beautiful art work. A real Italian experience. And everything was spotlessly clean. We had the one room without an ensuite bathroom and weren't sure if that would work. But the other two rooms are...

Some previous reviewers would possibly have been happier with a conventional, run of the mill, 'standard room' type hotel. we loved the location, the décor and the general quirks of a truly Italian and obviously much loved establishment. The Venetian chandeliers are beautiful and the very large pieces of antique furniture are not to everyone's taste (and wouldn't fit in...

Was very difficult to find a parking spot. We booked a double room with breakfast and private bathroom. As we checked in we got an extra key which was made for the bathroom, because the bathroom was across the lobby, between 2 other rooms, not in our room and we were not very happy about it. The size and and...

We wanted a room close to the opera, in the old town. The location on Corso Cavour is perfect...though if you are driving the nearest parking is across the river at the old Arsenale, so you must drop off any bags before parking, and drive back to pick up bags on leaving. Location is a refurbished classic building, and the...

What else is there to do when the dance club's music downstairs feels like it's playing in your room. We could give up trying to sleep and go down and dance or use the spotty Internet to warn others. We booked the room on booking.com. It was booked under my name. I requested two twins or a full for two....

Wonderful B&B in the heart of Verona - All the sites are within ten minutes walk. The staff/owner went out of their way to help us. Bed's were comfortable and coffee was delicious. Shared balcony from the reception area overlooking the main street. Absolutely Lovely. Thank you x
