This hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk to some good restaurants out of the tourist places. A 30 minute easy, pleasant walk will take you to St Marks Square and will enable you to see more of Venice than if you use the water taxi. We loved our room, it was small but luxurious. We had a small mini bar, lovely bathroom, plenty of hangers and had a great breakfast every day. The Tres Arci station is just outside.
Excellent! Wonderful stay! The hotel is modern and really clean! Checked in by very polite, helpful and welcoming reception. The weather throughout our stay was glorious and very hot. Our room was air conditioned and kept really cool and comfortable throughout. It’s situated at the top of the island so a short walk or boat to the main attractions but there is still plenty lovely shops and restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoy a good holiday walk so has no issues with the location. It’s also only a 10 minute stroll to the train station if you’re going on to anywhere else. Our first time in Venice and we will definitely be back and would be more than happy to stay here when we do!
What a find! The location is in a quiet area on a canal but close walking distance to everything. There is a Vaparetto wharf out front. The staff were so welcoming, the room was large and chic. Breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to come back and stay again. TIP: download the Vaparetto app, makes things super easy.
We want to thank you a lot for taking care of our clients! They fell in love with Italy and your wonderful hotel! We advise everyone to stay at Carnival Palace Hotel who comes to Venice! Thank you so much!
Really enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely modern hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, yet still along the canal. Gorgeous little restautants and bars nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was kept really clean. Really enjoyed the breakfast too - especially the scrambled eggs and juice. Would recommend!
When we arrived, we received an excellent news: we were upgraded to the Terrace Suite. The room and bathroom were huge and clean. And, it had a balcony with a jacuzzi. It was an incredible experience. We ended our trip in Europe on a high note. Perfect!
We stayed here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary this week. It was a real gem of a hotel. Picturesque location, out of the tourist melee, quiet and right by the canal and Tres Arches water taxi stop. Awesome sunsets, great drinks and the rooms have all been tastefully decorated to give a cool upmarket vibe. The staff were welcoming, breakfast kept us going well into the afternoon. Aperol Spritz at the end of the day - what more could you ask for. We would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Venice again.
What a wonderful find slightly off the beaten path. I had stayed at the sister property in Dorsoduro and extended my trip so needed to find a new hotel with vacancy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful with my luggage, showing me to my room, and suggesting restaurants as this was a new neighborhood for me; as a solo traveler, it was nice to have their recommendations. The rooms are beautifully appointed with touches of whimsy. It was a great location to spend some time in Venice slightly away from the more touristy areas!
Hotel is situated right in front of a waterway out to the bay. Away from the really busy streets but only about a 10 minute walk to tourist areas and about 30 minute walk to St. Marks square and some really good restaurants along that waterway as well as the Crea Valporetto stop. Rooms are clean, nice, and modern.
Extremely enjoyable stay in a quiet, comfortable well decorated modern hotel. We were lucky to receive an upgrade on arrival. Situation is perfect in an extremely quiet area of Venice with locally run restaurants nearby. Water taxi stations near the front door making transport around Venice readily accessible. Our room was extremely comfortable and well presented. The breakfast was amazing offering a great choice of food served by friendly staff and we were able to sit outside overlooking their beautiful garden. The garden is a lovely place to relax after a busy day in Venice. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful providing all the necessary information we required. It was a delight to stay in a well managed hotel and will definitely return on our next trip to Venice.…
