Pleasant family run boutique hotel with a personal feel. Lovely clean well decorated rooms, friendly staff always willing to help. The hotel is centrally located with a beautiful garden where one can relax or eat breakfast. Will definitely consider staying there again.
This hotel is close to San Marco square. It is a charming family run hotel with a lovely courtyard garden where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay...More
We stayed here with our two teenagers. We shared a very spacious room (room #3 I think) and it was quite adequate for a Venice hotel. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was tight but very livable. The hotel is easy walking distance to...More
My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and loved it. The hotel is a little piece of heaven tucked away amongst busy Venice. The room was clean and large and decorated modestly to show off the beautiful exposed rafters and chandelier. The breakfast...More
We loved the location right from the start. Just a few minutes walk to San Marco, but far enough away not to be in the middle of the crowds. Easy and fun walks to Accademia and Rialto Bridges, and pretty much anywhere you would want...More
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and
Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
