These apartments are located in a good part of the city, about 10 mins walk to Piazza San Marco.
They are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, organising a taxi for us and providing guidance with sightseeing.

This apartment is very nice and is equipped with everything we needed even with nutella, jams, salt, pepper..etc. First we met veronica and she was very nice, friendly and helpful, she helped us, gave us directions to everything we needed, told us about the supermarket and...More
We absolutely loved this place and if we come back to Venice, we would definitely book the same appartment or recommend this to our friends and Tripadvisor readers.
Veronica was very helpful (booking the Vaporerto, choice of restaurants, visits...), she is doing an outstanding job,...More
What an amazing apartment. As we were arriving after hours, we had arranged for after hours pin code access which was all organised by Veronica. This went without a hitch. I didn't realise it was so close to Piazza San Marco - only about 10...More
We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit which was tastefully decorated, super clean and well appointed. AC worked well and the size of the bedrooms and bath were big even by American standard. The location was easy to get to -- 10 min walk...More
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighbourhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a
strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.

On the "how easy to get to from the airport" >> If you are willing to take a water taxi (around 60 euro I think - and the hotel will arrange it for you if you like) - it could not be simpler. Taxi will pick you up at the airport and drop you directly in front of the hotel. For us - with all of our luggage - and after a long trip, it was a luxury that was WELL worth the price.
