We stayed at West Studio which is a gem. It is spacious with separate kitchen and bathroom.
We arrived late at night however managed to find this place without any problem due to detailed instructions given by Pietro a day before our arrival.

This is a great location, convenient and pleasant, and the small lift always worked. The Church of the Frari with its Titian paintings is practically next door! Good restaurants, cafes, gelato, and grocery stores right there within a couple minutes walk.
