What a find, this 2 star hotel is in a great location for exploring the Aosta valley. The warm welcome we received was only exceed by the delightful Italian dinner that we experienced prepared and served by family members. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and stunning views from virtually ever window. I have paid a lot more money...

We spent the first night of our weekend road trip around the Piemont in Hotel Hirondelle, coming from Switzerland. We enjoyed the great hospitality of the owners, who provided us useful information about the city (10 minutes by car) as well as the overwhelming views of the valley.

It's a rare treat to enjoy the warmest of welcomes at Hotel Hirondelle. The secret is that the same family have run the hotel for three generations and they are gifted, natural hosts. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable beds. The hearty breakfast included everything desired with the best capuccino! Dinner was 5 courses of delicious...

We found this hotel by pure chance. We we on route from Lake Garda to Geneva during our honeymoon. Car broke down near Aosta and we searched for a hotel. The owners were great, very friendly and very helpful. The views are breathtaking. The food is very very good. My only disappointment was having to leave.

This is a family-run business--the current owner is the second generation and her daughter was our waitress at dinner--and they could not...

Good, quiet location, with great view, the room is cozy and nice. The family running the hotel is very kind, helpful, even arranged for a garage to park our motorcycles. The food prepared by the father is delicious.

Very friendly hotel above Aosta with superb views down the valley. Comfortable room. Sun terrace on first floor. Half board with 4 courses and a small salad buffet was ample. Buffet breakfast with delicious cheeses. Convenient for access to Mont Blanc or St Bernard Tunnels. Lots of walking paths.
