We used this hotel as bridge for one night only form Rome to Merano. I can say that was a shame do not spend at least two/three nights in the hotel and Trento city. Starting with the hotel, we arrived with a great smile from the front desk. They offered a room with a small balcony so we might keep open to our little dog breath some fresh air. The hotel structure is quite new, inside a green park area with some restaurants near , but you can also choice walk to the city center that is not far way, you can walk easily. The hotel has parking facilities, a bar with good drinks and a great breakfast as well. Like always, is pet friendly that is a must for us and a plus for the hotel!!! :D I recommend 100% for your stay in Trento.
This hotel was booked by the company that arranged our bicycle tour and it was on the bike route. The hotel was within a short walk of the city center. Nice staff, clean room, easy check in/out. Breakfast could have been better but perhaps in corona-times this si the best they could do. Still would use again and recommend
Loved my stay in this hotel, which us very convenient if you are coming by car. The rooms are beautiful and modern with a great view towards the mountains on one side of the building. Despite covid 19, staff bent over backwards to make our stay a great one. I want to compliment the lady who serves breakfast and prepared all our food at 7am so we could leave on time to catch our flight. Impeccable service, exactly what I expect from an NH.
We stayed here before when it had just opened and we were upgraded to a large superior room with balcony. This time we were not so lucky but this is a very nice hotel set in a newly built area alongside the university library, private flats, shops, offices, cafes/restaurants and a large playing field underneath which is a large car-park. The room contained two large single beds together, safe, fridge, full length mirror, desk, easy chair, comfortable desk chair, kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer with nozzle. The ensuite had a walk-in shower with two shower heads, and shampoo, shower gel and tissues were provided. The mattresses were rather firm and a couple of towels were frayed. The policy of leaving the fridge 'off' when out and 'on' when in is mis-guided as the contents of the fridge never have time to chill. The breakfast is very good, a wide range of everything you would expect. The town is about fifteen minutes walk away. It is a small town but has lots going on which you can observe from the cafes etc around the edge of the attractive central piazza which has a fountain, and the cathedral. There are other sights to see which can easily be accomplished. We would have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again.…
It's a bit of a walk into town but well worth it if you're able to. Value for money wise it was one of the best on a long trip through Italy. And they naturally upgraded us as the room was available rather than hold on to it. Service was exceptional at reception, and very good at breakfast. The room was well appointed and the bed was enormous! And extrememly comfortable. Great views, very quiet, good aircon or you could open the balcony window. Literally I have no complaints about this hotel. I will definitely use it again on a return journey.
