The city is very nice and everything is very near in a foot-distance time. The hotel is in the centre but that is the only good thing! The shower did not close well, the air system made a terrible noise and it is not very clean. Next time I will not be stopping there. The restaurant on the ground floor...

Cappello di Ferro Hotel in Bolzano/Bozen is a very quaint old hotel that has been brought up to date.....to a degree. The rooms are nice but no air conditioning. Had to leave the window open to cool off which allowed all the smoke from the many cigarette smokers in the cobblestone street below into the "no smoking" room. (A funny...

We've stayed at this 2-star hotel because of the location, which is very central and near to a traditional Brauerai. The room was just a bed and a TV with a bathroom (quite expensive maybe because of the Christkindlmarkt), anyway the staff was really nice and helped us a lot so I think it was a good last-minute deal to...

I decided to stay at this hotel only because of its location. This 2-star hotel is simple, but clean. The pedestrian street below my window was not as noisy as I supposed it would be. Internet worked efficiently. I didn't try breakfast.

This is a very simple place nothing special about it, but worth considering as it is in an amazing location close to the main square, and very affortable. B'fast is served in a different location in a characteristic Tyrol style restaurant around the corner, I didn't mind, but worth mentioning it.

This is the second time I've stayed at this "hotel". Really, the room are nothing more than a bed and a bathroom. No a/c and it gets HOT even as late as September. You only want to stay here is you're going to be out and about all day. The breakfast is not served at the "hotel", but up the...

We had one night in Bolzano and needed a room for 2 adults and 2 children close to the rail station. This hotel fit the bill without breaking the bank. We were located in a cozy room several flights up with a window high enough to get a cool breeze and a view of the mountains. We found the staff...

The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and also has very nice owners and staff. The breakfst was outstanding in offered many different choices of breads and different meats. The room is also comfortable and clean but nothing flashy.
