Street view room on a Saturday night is very loud even with the windows closed. Many bars in the area so the noise didn't stop all night as they meander down the street. AC/heater didn't work in room. We were given a room with 2 single beds, not ideal for a couple. Included breakfast was minimal, juice was more like... More

This hotel is a tucked away on a relatively quiet side street close to the Porta Nuova train station, and also handy for the airport bus. It is modern, clean and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with travellers basics, including free wifi. Breakfast is a sizeable continental buffet. It's a good location for wandering to all the... More

We stayed for 3 nights and it was really close to the train station, metro and city center. The room was clean, good and basic breakfast, friendly people and good Internet connection. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is so convenient for access to and from Torino's Porta Nuova Train Station (5 minutes or so) and an easy walk down Via Giuseppe Luigi Lagrange to get to the Egyptian Museum and all the other attractions around Piazza Castello. However, my room was in the back building, up a short flight of stairs, and quite depressing. I... More

I went there on a business trip and staid for 3 nights. The booked room was without balcony, but I requested to change the room with one with a balcony and they did. The rooms are middle as size, not small but for sure not big. Breakfast is mediocre... salami, cheese, scrambled eggs, gem, honey, some pastry, tea and coffee...... More

Clean hotel with good service but it totally lacks the ambiance needed for wanting to stay longer than one night, with a lounge looking like something from the IKEA catalogue. Breakfast mediocre but abundant. Although very well siuated this hotel is recommendable for short stays only. Hardly worth the price.

I would have liked to have given this hotel a better rating. It was clean and conveniently situated however they took payment twice from us. Once as we left and once 4 days before we arrived. The double payment only became obvious once my credit card statement arrived. This may have been an honest mistake but so far the hotel... More

A quietish room that was well appointed for a 3* hotel. Nice and clean with the option of having fresh towels everyday which I like (saving the environment). Complimentary breakfast was absolutely fine. Staff were great and ready to help. Fantastic location. 5 minutes or less to Turino PN station. 15 minutes walk to via Roma and all the immediate... Is 5 minutes to train station and close to restaurants and historic sights-we walked everywhere. the breakfast is very good, with some cooked food, cold meats, coffee and tea. my colleague in another room had a balcony and tea/coffee facilities which I didn't have. when I asked staff for jug they said there wasn't enough... It was clean, nothing fancy, helpful clerks, and near the train station. The location for us was the best, because we needed to be near a post office and train station. Plus, it was a short walk to the old town sites. If we were staying more than one night we would have probably stayed at another hotel.
