Hotel it self is good location and room was clean enough. However front stuff was not helpful at all, and I even felt very cold and rude... It was clean room but no bed sheet change during 3 nights of stating. I ll not go back the hotel.

I often travel to Turin on business and usually I stay outside of the centre. This time I wanted to be in the heart of the city so my company booked me into this hotel. I loved my stay, the location is brilliant. It's across the road from Porta Nuova Station as well as the Metro stop of the same...

Very dated tired room (427), but clean. no tea or coffee making facilities. Beautiful hotel. Lovely hot shower and fluffy white towels. Incredibly noisy with workmen outside bedroom window from 8am - not restful! Banging, shouting, working. Reception staff lovely, very friendly Not worth complaining as only here 2 nights on a getaway from work/children/responsibilities lol... Perfect location for exploring...

Arrived at the hotel mid evening, the receptionist checked my husband and myself in quickly and efficiently. The hotel was spotless and beautifully furnished. Our room consisted of a lounge area with refrigerator/mini bar, flat screen television and comfortable leather settee. The sleeping area was in a recess with a raised floor and led into a rather beautiful bathroom with shower...

We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel- we checked in, slept, and out very early for a train to Milan's airport. For the time we did spend at the hotel we were impressed with the proximity to the train station as well as the interior of the lobby- it was quiet nice! Overall impressed by the...

We staid for 2 nights at this lovely old hotel, once on the way to Montecatini and then again on the way back. We chose the hotel for its location to Porta Nouva station. The 1st night we had a room on the 2nd floor at the back of the hotel, not a brilliant view but it was only for...

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and highly recommend it. The architecture is beautiful, and the rooms, which are all different shapes and sizes, are furnished with antiques - as well as a fridge, flat screen TV and reasonably modern bathroom and aircon. Location is ideal for city centre shopping and restaurants and it is...

This hotel has a good location close to the train station and you can walk to the station but also to the city centre. Near by is Via Roma shopping street. There is a big lobby that is good thing and you are allowed to spend time there too. I found few bad hotels in Turin and when I came...

An old -fashioned hotel which has been updated. Comfortable very large room with sofa, fridge and good-sized double bed.Spotlessly clean and all mod. cons.as expected for a good quality 3 star hotel ( except tea and coffee making facilities which are not standard in any Italian hotel ).Quiet room as we overlooked the central courtyard not the busy main road...
