This hotel is in a very central location near Via Garibaldi, and not far from Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. On the plus side, the staff were very professional and helpful. On the downside, apart from the reception area, the hotel lacked character, despite it's historic past (they play too much on the Mozart was here theme). My room...

This is definitely not a high end or even a mid range hotel. They boasted at check in about how old the hotel was (300 years I think he said) and it seems that everything in it is old as well. The beds are hard, the doors are not secure, the walls are thin, the comforter was stained, the shower...

I won't give a complete review of the Dogana Vecchia, there wouldn't be any point. Their customer service was unacceptable. Shortly after I arrived I found that the room was very warm, in late October. There was no way to adjust the heat except to leave the window open, in a city of a million pigeons. I spoke to the...

I stayed in this hotel for two nigths when I was on a business trip. Welcoming staff, good breakfast and pleasant atmosphere. This site is well located near a lot of restaurants and pedestrian zone. Rooms are big but furnished with old furniture. I stayed in a room without air conditioning, it was June and the nigth was hot: if...

This hotel is situated in central Turin and the location is great - close to loads of restaurant, bars, shopping and turist attraction. We arrived pretty late and made the reservation an hour before arriving on an external online booking site - when we arrived with the car they knew who we were and were super friendly and helpful -...

Pleasant hotel full of historical charm. Parking at the rear in the courtyard although it is not free. Check-in was easy as we had already booked/paid via hotel booking website.Very welcoming staff who spoke English and took us up to our room. Nothing new or modern about this hotel. Classic Italian tiled floors, air-co and free wi-fi in the room....

I've been in this Hotel for a Bussiness travel, and I have to say that it was a good Deal. The Hotel it's clean very Central and close to all the main services.
