We stayed recently at this hotel which is situated in a great location overlooking the lake and the central square. We found the staff friendly and had an excellent meal in the restaurant.

This hotel is an old school European hotel . Spotless, and attention to details. The food in the restaurant is traditional with some new twists. Overall, a great place to stay in a beautiful location right on the lake.
If You like TERRIBLE ,MANNERS POOR customer service and being treated disgracefully then maybe this could be the place for you!
Without a doubt Receptionist Barbara is the most unprofessional , unhelpful and possibly the RUDEST hotel member of staff we have ever encountered.

No you can ask at the bar for tea & coffee but you might have to pay unless it's at breakfast time. No fridge in the rooms either. We had the suite and still no extra facilities like this. Lovely hotel though 👍🏼

There is no car park on site - you can drive to the front door and drop suitcases off then it is a very short drive/short walk to public car park. The walk down from the carpark is downhill. It is to do with the hotel... More
