I stayed back in September as part of the Rico Rally tour. Check in was very easy, the room was comfortable and clean and the location is very good. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Overall a positive stay.

SPA was not well organized. Impossible to use some equipments because all electrical without any clear reason switch off automatically . Was necessary ask several times receptionists than manually switch on lights ; but after several times we renounced to this service. Sauna room : smelll was really strongest and uncomfortable considering than is a SPA . Unfortunately no other...

Management response:

Dear Sir I am so sorry for all the inconvenience you have suffered. Once again we are NOT a SPA Hotel but we are a nice 4stars hotel in central Cuneo that provides for free an "excercise room" with a sauna. I am sorry that coincidentially it seems somes working machines went off. Unfortunately it happens during the festivities and...

We found the hotel to look lovely but the room did not live up to a 4* rating. Shower was terrible and bathroom seemed like it needed some updating. Were offered a discount due to our unhappiness. Staff very helpful and breakfast was nice. Wouldn't stay here again but ok if you just need to sleep and are not looking...

Management response:

Dear Sir how nice of you to pubish your review, especially in the way you did it. I clearly recall your complaint at the reception desk. "You so tall and shower so low", pity that the arm shower can be lifted up since it is NOT "welded" to the wall. Your aim was ONLY to get a large discount, nothing...

We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour and felt the four star rating of this hotel was ill-deserved. Our bathroom had problems with the sealing around the bath/shower, the towel rail was small and never seemed to be on, so the very thin towels we had never dried properly, our lavatory paper was almost finished when...

Management response:

Dear Mr Charles thank you for the time you dedicate us. At once you have reviewed all our property: the hotel, the restaurant and another restaurant connected with us. And, "bingo", no one pleased you during your two nights stay. If I had to synthesize your review I would dare to say: "the right person in the wrong place... or...

We stayed as a party of 30 people. Our room was a suite with a settee, table, writing table and large bed. We did have an adjoining door to the next room - which was open! We got a funny surprise when our neighbour popped her head into our room. Fortunately she was part of our group so not a...

The hotel is really pleasant, elegant furniture, confortable bed, Satellite TV and excellent breakfat. The position is perfect. In the city center. The main entrance leads to the main street, where no cars are allowed, but from the back you can access by car.

That extra star makes a big difference in value and comfort. 3-star is not really 3-star in Cuneo and other places in Italy. Paying another 20 or 30 euros for a 4-star such as the Lovera Palace means you will get much higher-quality offerings at breakfast, a marble bathroom, a king bed with soft sheets, a large room all in...

We had a great stay at the Hotel Lovera Palace while we were in Cuneo. Love the area - they've turned the street into a pedestrian only area, and it's really added to the wonderful atmosphere and ambiance of this part of Cuneo... The rooms were very comfortable and functional, nice size bathroom, and we were really happy with our...

Was booked into this hotel as part of a tour. We arrived off the rear entrance and was a little underwhelmed. I shouldn't have been, the staff was great, the hotel seemed to sprawl out once inside. Well connected to the main corso strip. Room was comfortable, older sort of feel but clean. Drinks outside 'alfresco' were great and the...
