Our room was last decorated in 1975 or thereabouts... the bathroom was maybe a little newer but still needed work (see photo of interesting shower head). I must say it was clean but the carpet, furniture and drapes all looked sad and worn. We arrived late and were hoping that the restaurant would look appealing but found that it was...

There is significant renovation work going on in the hotel and so would not recommend it unless you get a very good rate and you do not need to be there during the day. All the staff that we dealt with were most pleasant and helpful. Our room was fine, though the shower unit doors were about as cheap as...

Working progress ( end 25 february2016!!): yes is true but they dont work during saturday and sunday... and the only noise rumors was at the begin of week for 1/2 hours ( really on moday morning). Works are only on the first floor and all the doors are closed: anythings could be "see" from clients. Thanks God that the breakfast...

I have been to this hotel now 3 times this year. The staff are wonderful and really go out of their way to help you. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, the restaurant serves excellent food and the waiting staff advise with your wine without all the condescension. Seriously recommended!

We needed an overnight stop in the area, and selected Asti as somewhere which had a historic centre. We expected that, as in most European towns, we would easily spot a hotel. But no. After much fruitless searching, we finally asked in a supermarket, where after a bit of head scratching they directed us here. So don't head to Asti...

The Hotel is situated a bit outside the city center, which was not bad because wie arrived on the day of Palio. The personell at the reception is friendly, the parking is behind a gate and the price is low - that are all the Good News. The Hotel has seen the best days years ago you realise this everywhere...

We stayed here overnight on our way to France. The approach to the hotel was not impressive and the area looked very bad but it was near the motorway. The air conditioning in our room did not work so after a while we moved to a different room where the air conditioning worked until we come back from evening meal...

I was staying at this hotel because my husband had to be operated acute on our summer vacation. The hotel worked out very well, 6 min from the hospital, so I could visit him everyday. The rooms are nice and clean and for the money it is a good place to stay. The air-conditioning did not work, I asked about...

dear mrs Broke C. perfectly remember her tears perhaps due to the stress of the moment. I remember very well our conversation during which I explained that staff MUST PROHIBIT to bring forth food from the breakfast room (there is room service which is obviously apply). the staff has to understand the situation a few days later saw that repeated...

We stayed a night with a Groupon offer . This hotel is fine but not special, out of town with some building work taking place. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, rooms were large and clean and had nice extras like slippers and toiletries. However the meal was a very limited set menu, so you don't get a taste...

Good morning and thanks for your comment I remember perfectly that we said goodbye in the evening before the dinner and I personally did offer a bottle of wine. The purchase of the groupon voucher, just because at very low cost, does not leave us to put ine the menu more typical choises. the uniqueness of our region are meat,...

Very inexpensive and with good reason. Tired property with no frills. Staff is good however. Internet access impossible. Rooms in worn but seemingly clean condition

The Hotel Salera is an older hotel building within the beautiful town and area of Asti. The rooms were fairly large in size with minimal furnishings. The rooms and bed looked and felt old. There is no bathtub, only a very small stand-up shower in the bathroom. The temperature control to the room did nothing. We stayed there in January...
