An absolute perfect stay from beginning to end. The hotel is a charmingly renovated building in the center of Milan. The decor is a grand Old World style that perfectly compliments the building style and each room is individually decorated. The lobby is more akin...More

The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient
days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar
to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the
Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are
two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande.

We flew into the smaller airport and went outside for a taxi. The inside guy who tries to fix you up with a taxi is twice the cost. From Nalpesa the fixed taxi cost is probably 50 EUro. Ours was 20 .

I'm not sure because I was with the baby and I took a taxi. But it should be fairly easy to look it up online or maybe the hotel page mentions the nearest bus/ train stop.
