Located within an older building on Venice square it is not only a wondeful place to stay, but located within a beautiful location. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the Doumo, a most fantastic walk through the best parts of Milan. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The hotel quite clean, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel location is great. Walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are very nice. Especially the beds are extremely comfortable. Nearby there are lots of shopping places and restaurants. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

I'll keep this review short... Great location Helpful staff Free Wifi Peaceful but central Great value for money Very clean Good size city centre room Good choice of breakfast eateries nearby. Mercure hotels are always decent when in European cities, and this is no exception. Thanks for a great stay.

Good location to walk to city centre (15 min). Nice room but some details miss from what i would expect from a 4* hotel. Bathroom could be a bit more clean ( tails on walls where a bit unclean). Prices at minibar are better than at any bar that is near hotel. Would come back to stay if i would...

It located at center of Milan city. I can walk to the famous Duomo. A tram also stop in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and compact. The room is big enough. It is very comfortable to stay.

I stayed here for a night and got a single room on the 4th floor. As a few previous reviewers have mentioned the top floor isn't accessible from the lift, you have to go to the 3rd and walk the stairs to the top. This has it's obvious disadvantages, but it's advantage was there were only 3 rooms on that...

Dear Sir, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kindly review. Referring the lift, it's no possible for us to fetch the lift to 4th floor, due to the peculiarity of the ancient building. We hope to see you soon in Milan. Best Regards. Silvia Ramazzina

My husband and I were upgraded to the Grande Suite which was on the top floor and our son had a single room on the same floor. It is worth noting that this floor is not accessible by the lift - the lift only goes to Floor 3 and then you have to walk up to the fourth floor -...

... as I used to pass my pre-school days in the rooms and corridors of this hotel (it's a long and private story) long before AccorHotels took it over... Fantastically placed for Milan City Centre as within steps of the metro/underground and trains at Porta Venezia, so literally within minutes of every amenity by public transport. Hotel clean, comfortable; service...
