I stayed here for a night and got a single room on the 4th floor. As a few previous reviewers have mentioned the top floor isn't accessible from the lift, you have to go to the 3rd and walk the stairs to the top. This has it's obvious disadvantages, but it's advantage was there were only 3 rooms on that...

My husband and I were upgraded to the Grande Suite which was on the top floor and our son had a single room on the same floor. It is worth noting that this floor is not accessible by the lift - the lift only goes to Floor 3 and then you have to walk up to the fourth floor -...

... as I used to pass my pre-school days in the rooms and corridors of this hotel (it's a long and private story) long before AccorHotels took it over... Fantastically placed for Milan City Centre as within steps of the metro/underground and trains at Porta Venezia, so literally within minutes of every amenity by public transport. Hotel clean, comfortable; service...

Hotel is located so that you can either travel in the underground or walk to the city centre. Our room was spacious with a good size bathroom too. Reception staff were very helpful and always available. The hotel is very clean and has the facilities for a great few days away

The Mercure Hotel Centro is perfectly located to enjoy Milan. Like most of our vacations in major cities, we try to stay a little away from the main tourist area, but close to a metro. This location features a metro station literally out the front door and the beautiful Giardini Pubblici across the street. Easy access to all of Milan's...

Although not a fan of Milan; certainly not on my list of places to revisit in Italy, I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed staying the night in this hotel. Location for shopping and sightseeing is excellent, rooms are very comfortable, and the staff are very attentive. If you like Milan or have to go there, you could do a...

We stayed only one night but wished we had been able to stay longer. Very clean and tidy and we had a great view of the square. Also very close to the metro. Lots of shops and restaurants close by to walk to. Buffet breakfast was nice and reduced from €12 to €10 if agreed to the night before. Very...

A combined business/pleasure trip here was very much enjoyed. Staff are friendly and helpful rooms clean spacious and well appointed. We had a nice view of the square. Location is ideal for walking into the old town or a quick metro trip. Just 1 drawback the breakfast room is very small and there can be a sizeable wait if you...
