the location of the hotel is 4 bus stops away of central station but this is the only good thing with the hotel staff too who were very helpful. the room was very small and very hot without an air conditioning or a ventilator even.
Horrible place, unsecure dirty single room on the price of 50 eur per night. Absolutely not recommended! The owners took the whole price for the cancellation. Just don't go there, it is a fraud and should be removed from the booking sites.
Charming hosts make such a difference! This is an old fashioned budget hostel in a great location. Acceptable room with its own bathroom - modest, adequate. Breakfast provided, with good coffee. To find: after gate opens, go to second courtyard, then right, then up stairs....More

This hotel is an excellent cost benefit to stay in Milano. Its easy to arrive and its near of Milan Central Station and Via Corso Buenos Aires. Just talk with Matias or Umberto and you will had be a good reception!
Great location, nice stuff, good price, frre wifi, clean room,BUT mildew in the shower and on the wall in the room cause the shower was part of the room without any wall. The breakfast was poor but ok if you go there very early :)
Città Studi is the University District of Milan, where students and professionals come and go. Its heart is Piazza Leonardo, where the College of Engineering and the School of Architecture reside. In the square, you can enjoy the works of the street artist PAO. Come to Città Studi with a thirsty belly and you’ll be satisfied, it’s well known for the production of artisan beer.
