We wanted a hotel not too far from Milan Central station for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy, just bed and bathroom for one night. We found Hotel Aurelia was good for this. Yes, the decor is out of date, but it is clean and our room at the back looked out over a small garden and considering the central location...

Location is great near central rail station also near metro. The stuff are friendly and very helpful we liked them a lot. Hotel and rooms were little bit old and not in best conditions but it's not metter if you only spend a nights there like us.

We found the hotel through booking.com and checked it out in trip advisor for comments. As 13 out of 23 were happy with it we chose to go for it. Language is not a barrier here but the hotel is quit ugly, walls are old and toilette&bath is pretty basic but clean. Overall, I won't recommend the hotel to anyone...

OK location, the staff are from Asia and I liked them they are quiet and there if you have any questions, the rooms are pretty big and the cleaning is excellent. The breakfast might be a little to sweat but was better than i expected. Close to lorento metro station which takes you everywhere, a grocey store just 2 min...

Aurelia is a very small Hotel. There is only one floor for rooms and no elevator. Aurelia staff was very friendly. Breakfast was rather typically "continental" and enough to stay alive for several hours. Of course, if used to scandinavian type of breakfasts, this isn´t nearly anything. Room was a little bit tiny, bathroom was Ok. Bed wasn´t queen size,...

The hotel is located close to a metro station and within walkable distance (less than 15 minutes) from the main train station but the area is not exactly nice at night - although it does not look very dangerous I won't recommend for girls/women travelling alone. The staff was ok although we were refused to have breakfast just for arriving...

This two star hotel is in a conenient location near loreto metro station. However when we arrived at 6pm, the receptionist on duty was a grumpy man who barely spoke English, and was unhelpful and rude. He didn't give us any information, no maps, no info on breakfast and when we asked if he had any suggestions before we ventured...

I stayed at the Hotel Aurelia last weekend for a girls trip. I found the small hotel in a very convenient and quiet location for shops, restaurants and proximity to the Metro station. There is also a bus directly outside the hotel. On arrival I found the staff very friendly and they agreed to check us into one of the...

The hotel is clean. Its quiet a walk from the subway and outside the center, The staff were kind and polite and the rate was cheap. But it was always loud. Teenagers were roaming the halls and yelling, shouting and screaming. The Staff said that they were guests and do as they please. The rooms were clean but I could...

Good central location, a few minutes walk to the subway, we also walked down-town from the hotel. Stairs to the first floor with no elevator. Very small but functional and clean room. The hotel is on quite a busy street which makes the room noisy. There was also a bit of noise from the corridor in the morning, including the...

“Always ask to view the room before handing over any form of money. Retain your passport by handing over photocopies or get the hotel to make a copy. Ask if air-con and wifi are included in the price as they are often not despite being advertised!”
