Great location! Very close to the Duomo and underground station.
Delicious breakfast (please ask for a Cappuccino)! :)
Friendly staff, they kept our luggage even though it was too early for check-in.
Would book again.
Excellent location: very close to the Duomo, la Scala and museums. Very nice restaurants area at the not far Brera street provides good choice for dinner. City center shopping area is next to the hotel.
Good reception staff.
Very weak air conditioned.
This hotel could not be in a better spot. Close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is tucked away enough you don't even no how close you are and is very quiet. We obviously had a newly reburshed room as it was very modern...More

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the
view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.

I´ve been in both type of rooms and I don´t recall to see a kettle. For the superior I remember that the only difference I noticed is that the room is bigger (not a huge difference) and they leave some cookies and free bottle of water everyday. I mean, I don´t think it worth the upgrade. For the rest of the facilities and amenities, it´s the same. I´ve been there 3 times and I had no issues :) the hotel is really nice, excellent location and the staff really friendly. Breakfast has a lot of variety and you can ask it to take away if you get up early in the morning before breakfast time (you need to let them know the previous night). I hope this helps. Enjoy your stay!
