Positive: + The hotel is on the first floor of a building, the house is nice and safe. + The location is great, very close to the metro station Wagner, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. Around the hotel there are several restaurants, coffees, shops. + The staff was very kind and helpful. + OK value for...

Stayed at this wonderfully quirky little hotel for 4 nights recently. Whilst it is small it is full of character and the staff really could not be friendlier. Our room was kept very clean with clean sheets and towels EVERY day!! Not many dearer hotels would provide that! It's in a fantastic location just 100 metres from the nearest metro...

Firstly, the location is good, and the building, nice. That's about the only good thing I could say. My room was tiny - the entire length was taken by a single bed and a wretchedly small bathroom. The shower was so cramped I literally had to exit it to turn around (and I'm not a fat bloke) and I could...

Gr8 Location. Right next to the Metro, hardly 50 mtrs and u have a cheap lifeline to city travel. City centre is two stops , if you are late and no metro abt 9 euros by cab. Rooms just abt avg, we had taken three rooms, one interior was ok but rest two had carpets worn down. AC did not...

Stayed 6 nights in this hotel. Very friendly people, great location, close to the subway. The walk to Duomo takes around 20 minutes through great parts of old Milan. Very clean (clean sheets and towels every day) and tidy. Definitely great value for money. Way better than many other 3-4 stars hotel I've visited in Italy. Four stars service at...

i stayed in Fiorella with a friend for 4 nights. --> Main pros: <-- * The location is very convenient, in a lively area with many restaurants, shops and a market, and 2 min. walk from Wagner metro, a red line metro station which goes to all main attractions. * Though centrally located, the hotel is in an inner courtyard,...

Approached through a courtyard the two star Fiorella has an 'Italian' atmosphere. It's not an anodyne multi-national chain hotel. Our room was small, with subdued decor and was spotlessly clean. So too was the bathroom with white towels changed every day of our three night stay. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast selection was limited, consisting mainly of...

Hotel Fiorella is located very near (2-3 mins wakk) to 3 metro stations, with many shops and good restaurants in that area. One of the best gelato shops can also be found there! The hotel provides basic toiletries like 4-star hotels with friendly reception and staff. Room is big and very clean. Overall experience is really good and would definitely...

Small rooms, no privacy. Our shower broke in the last 2 days: first we had cold water only, then none at all. Mostly squalid. Staff was nice and helpful, though.
