We arrived late after a day of travel, only to find out that our hotel room had been canceled by the company we booked through. The hotel was so gracious, gave us the same rate, found us dinner and delivered it to our room! Our room was spacious and clean and our one night in Milan went from panic to...

We only booked one night in Milan as a "jet lag" day, so weren't expecting much, but were delighted with the hotel and city. The location was near enough to the park for an evening stroll and the staff were very helpful with train schedule and even went on the internet to make reservations for us. The hotel itself is...

This hotel is a perfect choice for everyone who wants to stay close to the city center and don´t pay a lot. Hotel is clean, cheap and have a comfort small rooms. Breakfast could be better but for this price you will enjoy it. During our stay the elevator didn´t work and it was a really big complication for us....

We found the hotel to be excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The little bar was great, with small snacks available in the early evening. breakfast was superb, with lovely coffee and spectacular pastries. Our room was fine, clean and spacious with a good range of tv channels. The bathroom was small, but again clean...

Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience with the staff as other reviews. We did encounter one gentleman behind the desk that was helpful and kind, and willing to answer our questions, otherwise our experience with the other staff people was unpleasant. The room was clean and quiet, and if you don't mind a short walk into the center of...

Mauricio and Tiziana - we miss you! The hotel is easy to find driving into Milano and we had parking right outside the door (you have to pay for it at the front desk). Nice size room with good a/c during the heat wave - it was an oasis after tramping around the city all day (only gripe is wish...

We travelled with our cousin and had two rooms. Our room was an upgrade which meant a large sleeping area with room for luggage, desk, armoire. The bath was very large with tub, two sinks, toilet and bidet. Our cousin had a much smaller room which, while comfortable, was more typical of European expectations. A continental breakfast was quite adequate...

On a recent trip to Italy, we spent 3 nights in the Lancaster Hotel and would recommend it to anybody without hesitation. It is located in a very nice, quiet and safe area of the city and yet is only 5 minutes stroll from excellent bars and cafes in Sempione. About a 20 minute walk or a short tram ride...

We had a wonderful trip to Italy and loved all the hotels we found on Tripadvisor except this one. There was no air conditioning at all in any of our three hotel rooms or the bar/breakfast area. It was easily 90 degrees outside. I didn't sleep all night. Complained to the staff and they responded that it was "fine for...

We were able to check in early and requested an electril outlet converter for my 3 prong computer. The owner had a drawer full of converters and graciously offered me what I needed for the length of our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We were leaving early on our last day and breakfast was offered to us before...
