We stayed 2 nights in July, in this small and very comfortable hotel. The friendliness and helpfulness of the man who checked us in was outstanding. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a large and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good (not exceptional) and the small bar for a pre dinner drink was welcoming. The location of the hotel...

I stayed at the Lancaster in the middle of July for a short trip (2 nights/3 days) to the City. In short, it was a fantastic trip with this hotel being the icing on the cake. We were in Milan for a concert and therefore this hotel was chosen I believe due to its proximity to the centre of the...

Location appears good on paper, but the main life of Milan is actually on the other side of the central garden. There is still a bit of life around here and we found at least one good resturant nearby, ask host for recommendations. Expect a couple of kilometres walk prior to getting to the real action though. Note additional cost...

Within walking distance of the train station, The Duomo, and the shopping district. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly with questions regarding area attractions. The hotel was very clean and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it to other travelers.

Stayed there with my teenage daugther for 2 nights. Lovely hotel with a period atmosphere (end of 19th century). Very friendly and obliging staff. Great location close to the park. The downside is a small shower cubicle, although that may be only in our room. We were told that all rooms were of different sizes. We are both very slim,...

We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2011. On arrival the reception staff were very helpful and even though we arrived early we were able to access our rooms straight away. The male receptionist went through all of the useful information with us, helping us with how to use the public transport and other information that we required to...

We spent 5 nights at the Lancaster in June. The room was clean and comfy, though a bit small. The breakfast was fine with a good variety of sweet and savory offerings. The hotel is very conveniet for getting around the city - with easy access to the trolleys, and good walking. The Corso Sempione, a street filled with restaurants,...

We only had one night in Milan, and this hotel was our choice. We could not have chosen better! The photos simply do not do justice to this lovely and elegant hotel. We had a superior room which was large by Italian hotel standards, with a very modern bathroom complete with a very, very deep soaking tub that was such...

Stayed here while on a business trip. Friendly and attentive staff throughout the whole stay. Nicely maintained room with immaculate bathroom. Great, safe, clean location with very nice cocktail bars and eateries just round the corner at the Arch at the top of Parco Sempioni. Breakfast was fresh and very extensive with attentive staff keeping it well stocked constantly. Nearest...
