Despite the beautiful historic building and a great location, I would never recommend this hotel. The staff seem like characters from a skit about a bad government office full of people-hating bureaucrats. The very expensive wireless service, which they tell you is available throughout the hotel, is actually only accessible on the ground floor. The furniture in my room was...

The hotel has a good location (10 minutes to the Duomo), but is not worth the price. The rooms are almost not soundproof, I had to buy myself some ear plugs to be able to sleep the second night of our stay. The breakfast is really bad (no proper coffee, a shame for Italy!) and the whole building is permanently...

It is easy to miss the hotel as it uses the same entrance as the gallery and there is only a discreet sign by the glass door. If you have passed the Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, you have gone to far, although if you can get tickets to see "The Last Supper" fresco in the church, it is well...

My friend and I stayed here for four nights. We thought, hey, staying in a converted monastery would be cool. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we imagined. The rooms were plain, industrial, business style, obviously catering to business people. The men at the front desk were far from friendly (Paolo in particular--he deliberately didn't tell us our cab was there early,...

This quiet hotel is located in an old monastery, at a walking distance fron Duomo Square (15 min). The perfect location to stay or organize meetings in Milan. In the interior of the old building there is an old square garden, very conveniente for a short walk befoire breakfast, or late before going to your room for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel's full name continues the above with "Centro Congressi" which gives you a better indication of the target market. Intimate and cosy it's obviously not. The front desk seems to be well-run and efficient from my minimum contact with it. The rooms are fairly standard 3 star fare: hard, and durable beds, small bathroom (no bath but shower in...

Having travelled around the world and stayed in many hotels good and bad, i have discovered the 'Worst Ever'. This Hotel offeres absolutely nothing, the reception service is atrocious, the rooms are not clean, the mini bar does not work, no availability to get a drink of any sort after 9pm, the hotel does not have irons and ironing boards;...

This hotel is very close to S. Maria delle Grazie church, where there Is the famous Leonardo's Last Supper. The hotel is located in an old monastery and it maintains the cloister (now a space for exhibition) and the calm. The rooms on the cloister side are very quiet and full of light, even if the impossibility of opening the...

I have been spending several times 1-2 nights in this place. It is perfectly located in the center of Milan and all touristic places are in walking distance. The Last Supper is just on the other side of the road by the way. The building has splendid arches and a nice inner courtyard. As to the rooms and the hotel...

I m Italian and stayed at the hotel for 2 nights: at check in I had to wait the receptionist finish to chat with another hotel clerk. While talking he spelled out several bad words in Italian , really inappropriate for his position. The check in procedure was fine however it was like checking at a youth hostel. Room I...
