Great tourist hotel, good service from the staff (english speaking). The rooms are not big, but not too small, they were clean, one little thing, the A/C starts at 2 pm don´t ask me why. The bathrooms are big for Europe standards at a budget hotel. The location is great, the hotel is next to a Metro stations and just...

Stayed here for two nights in May 08. Really good location, Metro stop right outside door, tram stop closeby also. Only short distance to Duomo on Metro, ten minutes or so. Staff very helpful, provided us with maps and tips on where to eat locally. Rooms good sized and clean, bathroom fine and breakfast nice also. Lovely market on Saturday...

We have just returned from a long weekend in Milan staying at the Fenice. The hotel is very well placed for many shops and the metro stop is right outside. It's about a 7-10 minute easy walk down to the main square (Il Duomo/La Scala) with even more shops! There is also a lovely park nearby. The hotel itself was...

We were in Fenice Hotel for Mostraconvegno fair in march with my colleauge. We booked a smoking twin room but when we arrived they said, they have no smoking rooms left. After a couple of minutes of argument, they switched our room to a smoking one. However when we get to our room, we saw there is a double bed...

The staff were friendly and useful as well as informative. If you're...

Dec 22/2007 The location of the Hotel Fenice is excellent. Right next to the metro but within an easy 10 min walk of the city centre and Duomo. On departure, rather than struggle with early morning metro commuters with our luggage, we chose to walk to the Central station. The walk was only a pleasant 20 minutes. There are some...

This hotel is a safe option if you want a good value, clean hotel that isn't in the immediate city centre but within very easy reach. Hotel- good standard, modern, clean, tidy with motivated and friendly helpful staff. Small bar and lounge area and room for breakfast. ROOMS - can be small but most are fine for a few days....

We booked our last night in Italy at the Hotel Fenice in Milano because it was well located and we wanted a hotel that was close to the subway/bus lines as we would be without a car in Milan. The room was quite small, but clean and adequately appointed. We had a first floor room facing the street which was...

Booked this hotel for three nights as part of a British Airways package, which is a very cheap way of getting a hotel. It is convenient for the Metro, and within walking distance of the City if you are energetic. BUT.... it is on a main street with three lanes of traffic in each direction all night! Even with double...

The Fenice Hotel is a good 3 star with an excellent location. Located at the beginning of Corso Buenos Aires it is close to everything!! It is a 5 minute cab ride (5,00 Euros) from Milan Centrale rail station and 2 metro stops from the Duomo and Galleria Accademia. The metro stop is right outside the hotel and Milans metro...
