We stayed at the hotel berlino for two nights during our trip of Italy. It's a very clean hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. The hotel is only a bus/tram journey away costing €4.50 per 24 hours a day €1.50 per trip. Only downside to this hotel is the breakfast lacked choice you had to make do...

The rooms at Hotel Berlino were lovely. Good size too. Unfortunately it's a fair way out of the centre of Milan. The tram stop is nearby which helps. Service was a bit hit and miss but overall it was ok. There were no views as the window shutters were locked down permanently.

I arrived the hotel at 1AM night. The area does not look friendly at that hour but that is actually most of Milan at nights.... Reception - smile and perfect. Fast and accurate. Room is not too big but have all you need for short stay. Bathroom have amenities. Little small but good enough. Internet WIFI ok. Breakfast - good...

We stayed in the Hotel Berlino for 3 nights in May. The hotel has minimal facilities (no bar or restaurant) but the rooms were well equipped with air-con, comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet-style breakfast was perfectly adequate. Directly opposite the hotel is a friendly little cafe/bar and there are one or two...

a very decent place with basic amenities ideal for a business traveler. located centrally to public transport system, a bit far from malpensa airport but connected by bus & train from milan central. Helpful staff & they have a decent breakfast spread.

Stayed 2 nights 30 April and 1st May Reception staff did not tell us transport service shut down 19.30 on 1st May due to it being a public holiday despite telling us which bus/tram to get to a place of interest. Getting info out of the reception staff was almost like pulling teeth. Room was comfy but bathroom and bedroom...

Hotel is out of city centre with good bus/tram connection, 10 min to main part of Milan. My room was better than other two we booked. It had bath and bathroom was decent size. Nice soft towels and toiletries too. Other rooms had showers only and it looked cheap with a shower curtains. Breakfast was good for 3 star hotel...

Stayed two days there and all the experience was good from most points of view. The rooms were clean and comfortable, contributing to a relaxing stay. Buffet breakfast is served in the basement room and the food (even if it was a limited assortment) was delicious: ham, cheese, butter, jam, honey, croissants, coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, cereals. The outside area...
