When I saw the TA reviews I thought this must be a different hotel. I read the mostly good reviews on booking.com site before booking.
Had a large clean and high spec room. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice Chinese food with friendly chef
When I Arrived in my room I realised that there was still the wastes of the previous person. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask twice to have some.

Horrible experience. So dirty I didn't want to even walk barefoot. The shower curtain was stained as were the prepackaged slippers they give you. I would never stay here again. Please be advised it is NOT 4 stars. Staff is no help, not friendly.
