We have stayed a week in Isola, in a modern appartment. We enjoyed being in Isola, good atmospere, mix of modern and traditional. Beautiful architecture, Bosco verticale. Nice restaurants and bars, good food and drinks.
We stayed in studio F, which was very quiet, being set back in a courtyard from the street. Not accessible if you have mobility problems, as it's up a couple short flights of stairs.
The apartment was perfect for two people. A comfortable bed(firm mattress)...More
Absolutely furious with this place. I booked it and a week before my visit the owner contacted me to inform that there is additional fee of €100 for using the cable, cleaning and so on with came to € 153 for just 1 night! I...More

Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the
terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
