We stayed here on a trip to center Milan and it was wonderful. The suites are very large with a small well equipped kitchen and dishes provided. The bedroom can be closed off from the living area too. The front desk staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. The location is convenient to most of the downtown Milan tourist attractions. I...

Have stayed a number of times in the last 3 months, slightly wacky set up with a part time reception and mostly longer term residents. The rooms are large and were furnished probably 10-15 years ago - but everything works. Make sure you get a room on the inner courtyard and not on the mainly quiet Via Camperio road where...

This has become my go-to place for my trips to Milan. The location is fantastic and centrally placed for tourists and business travelers. The wifi is great, the rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. There are plugs all over the room for charging whatever devices you carry and the irons are in the room. Most...

The strong plus is the location so close to Duomo. Really nice and large guest house with a living room and kitchen too included in the formula. Cleaning service top. The two minus are: the breakfast, really poor level and no presence of a mini bar fulfilled.

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Duomo or the Castello Sforzesco, in an area with lots of shops and nice restaurants. The room wasn't very big, but our stay was very pleasant. The bathroom and the room are cleaned daily, the wifi works perfectly and is free, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Extremely convenient location, comfortable bed, nice room, quiet, good breakfast, no gym despite it being advertised as having one, but we were very adequately compensated for this, thankyou. 2 parking spots available, advise booking ahead. Would definitely stay here again

In a quiet street just off via Dante and within 12-15 minutes walk of the Duomo and the Galleria, these apartments are a treat. We had a corner suite with ds in a man-cave in the galleried upstairs. The building itself is fantastic with a sweeping spiralled staircase and tapestry hangings. Don't be put off by the blank and austere...

We stayed at this hotel for one night after arriving in Milano late afternoon and before continuing on to the Cinque Terre. The hotel was very nice. The room was large, clean and included a kitchenette. The location was quiet. I can recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
