This is a fabulous hotel. It is relatively small but the focus in service is exceptional. Rooms are adequate, beds very comfortable & the a/c works well. Some of the rooms have large balconies. The choice at breakfast is extremely good. Don't forget to try the scrambled eggs & !bacon. To die for! This is a family run hotel and...

Mew stayed for 4 days in late Sept/early Oct. The hotel is essentially a boutique type establishment, with only 14 bedrooms. The facilities are excellent, rooms are compact but more than adequate. Beds are very comfortable. Some of the rooms have balconies. The choice at breakfast is excellent. The scrambled egg & bacon is to die for! The hotel is...

We had just one night in Sirmione and arrived to hotel without reservation, after family recommendation. Unfortunately there wasn't lake side room available, but we decided to stay anyway. No regrets. Very cosy, nice and clean room, small balcony . Just couple steps from the hotel you reach a promenade. Hostesses are very nice, warm and helpful. Breakfast was fine....

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at this lovely family run hotel. We booked pretty much last minute and couldn't say a bad word. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming who try to provide any assistance required. They offer a well received refreshment and explanation of sirmione and the lake with maps etc on arrival....

Enough private parking place. The stuff was very friendly and nice. The room was ok, just a little problem, the shower is small. Breakfast was delicious included fruits and dessert too. The hotel is close to the beach.

We stayed two nights at Villa Rosa. We were welcomed with aperitifs and lots of helpful information about the area. Parking was easy; the room, while not spacious was clean, bright, and well-equipped; and the balcony was quite large. There was an outdoor patio at the back which we didn't use and a bar. This hotel does not have a...

A very nice hotel with great food and kind family who runs the hotel. We had a room with a great lake view on three sides. Everything is really clean and tidy. We felt great and we will visit them again next year.
