finding this place on the day you arrive might be the roughest part of the stay.. the staff are warm friendly and accommodating and the rooms are quiet and perfect considering that you dont come to bellagio to sit in a hotel room. the room we had was equipped with a wired internet connection (wireless downstairs, but they gave us...

This is our first review on Trip Advisor and we were compelled to sign up and review our favorite places as a thank you to all of you who we learned from before our trip. The reviews for this hotel are spot on. The room was very clean, the location was perfect, and the price was definitely right. That is...

We stayed here just after Easter 2010 , when the season had just started in Bellagio. Coming from Venice, via Verona, we took the train to Milan and then to Varenna. We caught the last car ferry at 8.45pm from Varenna to Bellagio that only took about 0 minutes. It was very magical arriving in the dark with all the...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon in Italy. After reading all the reviews about this hotel, I must admit that I had very high expectations, especially because of the high cost per night. That being said, the hotel is indeed very cosy and centrally located in beautiful Bellagio. However, there are several things to...

Giacomo (great name for a guy born in Como) and his two sons make this place feel like you're staying with friends...but not the overbearing type. The property has been in the family since 1920 The property is very centrally located and very clean. It was just updated 5 years ago so the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are...

OK, so let me get this out of the way right off the top: This place is great because of: 1. The People 2. The Facility itself 3. The Location We were not so psyched with our first option in Bellagio and ended up checking out this place. We were VERY glad we did as the owner is awesome. He...

End of March in Bellagio - late spring but still off-season. This may be about the best time to see the town since in summer it must be crowded. When we stayed in the hotel, there were only a few other guests, so perhaps the owner had more time to chat than would be the case in the summer. The...

Great place to stay! We we there in the middle of winter - the hotel was cosy, warm and very central, as the name suggests! 'Jacko' was an excellent source of information of things to do, places to eat and he made us feel very at home. The continental breakfasts were substantial and the coffee excellent.

Pros: - Central Location (as the name suggests) - Helpful staff (allowed us to change to cheaper room after we had already checked in) - Nice rooms with all standard amenities - Good buffet breakfast Cons: - None ** Make sure you check with them to make sure you have the cheaper room, we were in a more expensive room...

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in early October while we were visiting Bellagio. I've never really stayed in a small, family run hotel, which has its benefits and disadvantages. Bellagio itself is absolutely lovely. Probably the most beautiful place I've ever visited. The location of the hotel here is tricky--we actually couldn't find it at first....
