This is a lovely boutique hotel with a great location in a sweet town. We liked the hotel and staff, they were very good. Our first room was very small and the bathroom tiny, and we live in NYC with limited space. The showers are very small, barely enough room to turn around. The hotel was happy to have us...

Only a short walk to the beaches, this hotel afforded us with location, comfort, and service! Everything is accessible from this locale, including restaurants, gelato, and ferry service to Portofino. What a nice find!

I found this hotel a nice place to stay in Santa Margherita. Of course there are more beautiful ones on the harbour, but they are much more expensive ones, The Jolanda is well located, a five minutes walk to the old town and maybe ten to the harbour. And the price is convenient. Decoration is on the romantic side though...

We had a wonderful two day stay at Hotel Jolanda. Monica at the front desk was just delightful and helpful in many ways. Our rooms were perfect size and mine had the most lovely Venetian chandelier. The breakfast room was the best! A great selection and a server dressed in his black pants, white shirt and bowtie was so kind...

Lovely hotel where we were made welcome from the first minute! For us everything revolves around great service and this hotel supplies it in abundance! The decor is NOT modern, but appropriate and very tastefully done! Corner rooms have extra space and a balcony at a reasonable price! The walls are a little thin which means a degree of noise...

This hotel is in a perfect location to be near all the action without being caught up in the commotion right by the water front. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is bountiful and outdoor seating was a plus.

This hotel was near the water, shopping, transportation to Vinque Terra. The hotel has "old world" charm with modern amenities. The breakfast choices were delightful, the receptionist guided us to a great hotel and made reservations for us. Caffè ("espresso") is available for an additional cost, "American coffee" is on the buffet. Parking is limited due to narrow streets and...

Stayed for 6 nights early September. We had a Comfort Double room with a corner balcony, very nice. The room was a good size and was very clean. The bathroom was a bit dated and could do with a refit but there was nothing wrong with it, just a bit tired. Breakfast was lovely, we had this on the terrace...

We stayed one night after leaving the much loved best western . This is a different type of hotel - grand in its furnishing but faded at the edges like many hotels here . The service was perfect even allowing us to change rooms to one with a balcony . The rooms are small but well proportioned Nd the bathroom...

This hotel is in a great location and the breakfasts were excellent. Would recommend without hesitation . Santa Margarita was one of our favorite cities in Italy. Shopping is upscale, restaurants are good and there is a lot of energy here. Worth a trip for sure and be sure to take the ferry over to Portofino before you leave!
