Stayed a couple of nights in November. Decided to go for this hotel as it is close to the train station at a very reasonable price. Thankfully there is a lift from the street up to reception where we were met by a very friendly, polite gentleman who checked us in quickly even though we were early. Room not made...

Stayed at this hotel for two days after our cruise. After spending 12 days on a cruise with extremely rude Italian fellow passengers it was nice to meet a pleasant exceptionally helpful gentleman on reception. He even let me use the computer in his office to print out our return boarding passes for our flight. The hotel was very dated,...

Hotel Vittoria Orlandini We chose this hotel because it was very close to Stazione Piazza Principe and given its reviews seemed to fit with our requirements over a short stay. Signor Paolo welcomed us on arrival. He is a consummate hotelier and the check in and information provided were both helpful and smooth. This hotel has been run by the...

We stayed for a week at the end of September and never quite fathomed out the hotel's layout - but that's all part of its quirky charm. Furnishings are fairly basic and public spaces are limited but these are trivial points when compared to all the pluses. The hotel is spotlessly clean, breakfasts are good and served in a lovely...

The hotel is situated next to Piazza Principe, a convenient and quiet location within a walking distance of the Porto Antico (old port). It's an old building with a really strange entrance that looks a little bit dodgy for the first time you arrive there, but it really isn't, The staff is extremely welcoming and really helpful. The rooms need...

The hotel has a small elevator that takes you from the street level to the building. Then there is another tiny elevator to take you to the room floor. Only 2 people with luggage will fit! The room was big and the view of the port was nice. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that I disliked was the...

The hotel has a very good position, 5 minutes to walk from Railway station and not far away to walk to downtown or to explore the important places to see in Genoa. The rooms are old dated but clean. The breakfast is poor comparing with other hotels in the same range of price. The reception staff is very nice, attentive...

The location of this hotel is good if you come by train. The hotel fare was not reasonable because I should pay more without breakfast. Wifi didnt work in the thirth floor. There was two very kind old men but the young man with glasses was arrogant.

One angry worker ruin everything here he was very unfriendly, unpolite, angry and arrogant all the time. All other workers were more friendly and polite but he couldn't behave at all. I guess he hate foreigner women because of his behavior. He was calling to the room everyday many times without any real reason he just wanted to wakeup early...
