We stayed here before our cruise and then on our return due to the fact it is close to the terminal and it was a Tripadeal booking. The lift didn't work so had to carry our case up 3 flights of stairs, staircase was grubby and lighting was poor , room was in need of a refit. Curtains ripped lampshade... More

What seemed to be a great location (near the access to the coastal highway, near Genoa airport, near some port piers and near the city center) is in fact almost a desert. No public transportation nearby, no stop for the Volabus (the only bus that departs from the airport and has its 3 stops far away though passes at the... More

The hotel is not of the most modern standard but the location is excellent. Parking is supposed to be free and the hotel has a restaurant. Wifi has to be paid for because the hotel cannot afford free wifi.

Stayed for 1 night, sea side room and my kid was watiching the harbor all evening. Car ferry takes many people and cars, that kind of scenary was really unusual and interesting. Hotel was quite old-fashioned but for 1 night stay it's OK. After a bath I drain the water, at that time dirt was floting in the bath... It... More

This is not a 4 Star Hotel at all. Please read on: 1. No air conditioning: when asked about air conditioning, the staff kept telling us that they were working but had no idea when air condition would be fixed, it could be tomorrow. No apologies, no explanations whatsoever. (According to the reviews previously uploaded to Tripadvisor the air conditioning... More

This Hotel was booked as it is listed as a 4 star Hotel. In fact it barely qualifies as a 2 star! Reception staff were surly, charged 1 euro for 12 hours of internet that proved extremely difficult to log onto and when you succeeded was extremely slow. When I arrived in my room there was a thick layer of dust... More

We put our luggage onto a trolley and wheeled it to check in. There was no offer to help us. The room is hot but neither the aircon nor the heating work. Because it is at the port it is too noisy to keep the window open. The window doesn't have a catch or option to open at the top... More

This hotel is not even worth one star. Stained carpet, mop splash on wall, flaky bedside lamp, rusted bath, no socket by bedside table, we had to unplug a pathetic TV to use power. No extra pillows. Breakfast very basic, Frankfurt sausages, cheapest juice. One positive comment, the beds were cleaned! And the view was pleasant but noisy. Everything looked... More

I would strongly advise against anyone staying here. Upon our arrival, we were met by a female on reception who looked very scary and didn't even speak, she just stared at us, I said we had a reservation and she just held out her hand, she never spoke throughout the whole process! The hotel is very, very tired and poorly... More

Found the place late at night. I was tired and the price was right. Later I was to find that there is an extra charge for wifi, and parking. Plus additional tax. Place was clean. Close enough to walk to the shopping centre. There was the original Genoa lighthouse not too far away. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster.... More

“Recommendations: 1. A renewal of the whole hotel, from the furniture to the WC's; 2. Free wi-fi internet for the guests; 3. Breakfast with no limits per item; 4. Bar list with more variety of products (lemoncello, grapa, etc); 5. Check-out by 12:00H (why at 10:00H ??).”
