This historical hotel located in Via XX Settembre the commercial and shopping main street in Genova. From the moment you step in and see the steps you realize that this is a special place. Everything is antique and very distinguished, On top of this you will be treated in a very professional and discreet manner. I will recommend this place...

This hotel was in a perfect central location for exploring all parts if the city. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. Although the hotel is old and classical in style the rooms are furnished in a stylish way, with excellent modern bathrooms. With the window closed, there is very little traffic noise. The breakfast selection was very good....

This hotel has no pretensions to be hip, trendy or boutique, it's in a good traditional style, more business orientated than for holiday makers. The decor is again traditional Italian style, gold, red and cream predominating in the main rooms. Our bedroom, one up from the basic , was well appointed with a big marble bathroom - with a bath....

Perfect location for exploring Genoa, surrounded by historical sites, restaurants and shops. The hotel is beautiful with a little cozy bar. The rooms, depending upon location, can be very, very noisy from the traffic and people partying and leaving the bars late at night. Though their website advertises air conditioning, during our first three nights with hot and humid weather,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving your feedback on tripadvisor. As you noted, the Bristol Palace is located in the heart of the city centre, and permits to easily walk to both the historic sites and all the main attractions of Genoa. Unfortunately, during your stay, the temperature in the city climbed unexpectedly, abruptly and abnormally over the usual seasonal...

Dear Mrs Christine, We are really pleased that your stay at The Bristol palace was so good , not only for the perfect location, but also for the services offered as, for example the buffet breakfast that has recently been subjected to a deep restyling by introducing new high quality products, many prepared daily by our chef. Thanks again for...

We arrived for a one night stay two hours before check in time and the desk staff were most helpful in immediately offering us an upgraded room on the top floor at no extra cost. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Not only the hotel didn't respond in any form of communication, they deleted the review I posted a few weeks ago. I'm attaching a screenshot here. On May 1st 2017 during the checkout (room #122) at the reception I was paying with cash for the car parking and city tax with cash. 31 euro. A male receptionist took my 100...

Staying right in the historic centre of an interesting city can be expensive if you want somewhere above a basic B&B, so the Hotel Bristol came as a relatively affordable surprise. Obviously built when belle epoque was all the rage, the Bristol stuns as you check in with an extraordinary sweep of staircase all the way to the sixth floor...

Having arrived at the hotel in a car and having driven through many narrow streets, we were dreading having to find a parking spot so we were immediately delighted to be informed that the car would be parked for us and returned to us on our departure.
