We choose Brignole Hotel as it was within walking distance of the train station. Bear right after departing the Genoa Brignole station and follow the signs to the hotel. Downside for this hotel is the 29 steps up to the office and then up to the 1st floor lodging. Even though our bags weighed only 25 and 37 pounds they...

The Brignole is just a few minutes walk from Brignole train station in a neighborhood full of restaurants and shops. The staff is welcoming and our room was comfortable. The included breakfast was abundant and typically Italian, with meats and cheeses alongside breads, fruit, and pastries. Good brewed coffee, with espresso and cappuccino on request. Would stay here again.

The hotel is located near the train station of Genova Brignole. From there you can reach the city centre and its beauties in 10-15 minutes by foot. The hotel has been recently renewed, the room was very clean, the wi-fi good and the breakfast ok.

Very nice and clean room. Nice breakfast with a good coffee (Americano). Note that if you ask for it, it is also possible to get other types of coffee. Not far (10 minutes) from the shopping center of the city (Av. Septembre), but around 30-40 minutes walk to the harbour area. There were quite a lot of stair, which upon...

We got to Genova after eight at night, first time to the city, but we find the direction to the Hotel Brignole very easy. Friendly service and helpful. Rooms comfortable and neat bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with friendly asking us: What you would like to drink? Express, Cappuccino or Macchiato or what ever you would like to drink, coffee wise....

We select this hotel based on price and location, clean rooms (as in the pictures), breakfast just fine, perfect location. Now the cons: It hasn't elevator, you hear all kind of noise coming outside the room (cleaning service, people chatting in other rooms, noise from the street), the room smells too much to ambientator. For one night it's enough, not...

This is a great little hotel tucked up a side road near the main Brignole Station. It is close enough to the main tourist areas if you are happy walking for at most about 20 minutes, or just hop on the metro. The staff are very friendly and speak great English. The room was clean, well maintained and large enough...

We arrived in Genova, late afternoon, with no reservation in the high season. The manager told us he only had one room, which was small and wanted to show it to us before we said yes. We saw, it was small like expected, but enough for one night. He charged us 70€, which was in the cheap end for a...
