Agree with previous response, David was extremely helpful when we were there. We stayed in the Monterroso Apt. and loved it. It has a kitchenette and a very large private balcony. The bedroom is a loft, the stairs are quite steep, a bit of the pain if during the middle of the night you need to use the washroom!
